Gluten-Free Dorm-Life - Meal Series
Dorm-friendly, super simple single-serve meals that require minimal equipment and time, perfect for a microwave, hot plate, or a small skillet! Here’s your Walking Meal Series for Dorm Living.
Ingredients:
1 cup Grindstone Blends Cup-Cake - Single Serve French Vanilla Confetti
1/4 cup water or milk of choice
Flavour Boost Ideas
This mix is delicious on its own, but here are a few fun ways to switch it up:
Add-ins: A spoonful of white chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers before microwaving
Toppings: Whipped cream, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, vanilla yogurt, berries
Instructions:
Mix it up. Add the water or milk in the the cup. Stir until fully combined and smooth—no dry spots! Since there's no gluten, the more you mix, the fluffier the cake gets.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds, depending on your microwave’s power. The cake should rise and look set but still moist.
Cool (just a bit). Let it sit for about a minute before digging in—the cake will be hot, and this helps it finish cooking.
Enjoy! Eat straight from the mug or top with a swirl of whipped cream, berries, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
