Walking Beef Pho

Gluten-Free Dorm-Life - Meal Series

Dorm-friendly, super simple single-serve meals that require minimal equipment and time, perfect for a microwave, hot plate, or a small skillet! Here’s your Walking Meal Series for Dorm Living.


Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl Acecook Saigon Pho Vietnamese Rice Noodles - Beef Flavour

  • Add in options:

    • Dumplings

    • Thinly sliced beef

    • soft-boiled egg

    • Veggies of choice, fresh or frozen

    • chili crisp or hot sauce


Instructions:

  1. Prep Your Add-Ins: Pick your favourite toppings—think chili crisp, dumplings, sliced beef, or a soft-boiled egg. Cook any meat or dumplings as needed, and blanch vegetables in boiling water before adding them to your bowl.

  2. Add Water: Pour hot (but not boiling) water over the noodles in the bowl. Let them sit for 2–3 minutes, or until they reach your preferred texture.

  3. Assemble: Stir in the included seasoning packets, then layer your prepared add-ins on top.

  4. Enjoy: Give everything a good mix and dig in! Your cozy, customizable pho bowl is ready.
