Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Goldy’s Banana Superseed Oatmeal

  • 1 tbsp WOW Butter (plant-based) or nut butter

  • 1 tbsp mashed banana

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind – add more if needed)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • Optional mix-ins:

    • 1 tsp chocolate chips

    • 1 tsp chopped walnuts

    • A tiny pinch of salt (if nut butter is unsalted)


Instructions:

  1. Mix it all in a mug: In a microwave-safe mug, combine:

    • 1 packet of oatmeal

    • Mashed banana

    • Milk (start with 1 tbsp; add more if needed to form cookie dough texture)

    • WOW Butter, plant-based or nut butter

    • Vanilla + cinnamon, if using

    • Mix-ins of choice

  2. Stir until it forms a thick, cookie-dough-like mixture. Press it down slightly into a cookie shape.

  3. Add toppings (optional): Sprinkle chocolate chips or nuts on top, if using.

  4. Microwave: Microwave on HIGH for 45–60 seconds. The top should look just set. Don’t overcook — it will firm up as it cools.

  5. Cool slightly & enjoy: Let it sit for 1–2 minutes before digging in. Eat it straight from the mug!


Tips:

  • If you want it more gooey: Microwave for 40–45 seconds.

  • If it’s too dry: Add a splash more milk next time.

  • Want a protein boost? Stir in 1 tsp of protein powder and a bit more liquid.
