Gluten-Free Air Fryer Charcuterie Chips (with Hardbite All Natural)

ree

If you love the idea of charcuterie but want something a little crispier, warmer, and more snackable, meet your new favourite gluten-free appetizer: Air Fryer Charcuterie Chips. This recipe is ultra-simple, gluten-free, and loaded with flavour — the perfect balance of salty, creamy, peppery, and tangy.

We're using Hardbite All Natural Chips, a proudly Canadian, gluten-free chip brand known for their thick, crunchy kettle-cooked texture, which is ideal for holding up in the air fryer without getting soggy. Paired with lactose-free brie, prosciutto, soppressata, and finished with fresh arugula and balsamic glaze, these bites bring the elegance of a charcuterie board in crispy, individual portions.

Ingredients

Makes approximately 2 - 4 servings

  • 1/2 bag Hardbite All Natural Chips (any flavour will do based on preference)

  • 75 g thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into small strips

  • 75 g thinly sliced soppressata or gluten-free salami, cut into small strips or quartered

  • 100 g lactose-free brie, sliced into small pieces (about 1.5 cm cubes)

  • 1/2 cup fresh arugula

  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions

1. Preheat the Air Fryer

Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

2. Assemble the Chips

On an air fryer liner or parchment paper, lay out 20–30 sturdy Hardbite chips. Evenly spread out brie, soppressata and prosciutto over the chips.

3. Air Fry

Place the loaded chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Air fry for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the meats begin to crisp at the edges. Watch closely — they cook fast!

4. Garnish

Carefully remove the chips from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.

Top warm chips with:

  • A few leaves of fresh arugula

  • A drizzle of balsamic glaze

Enjoy!
