There’s nothing like a refreshing sip that sparkles, zings, and brings a little joy to your glass, and this Gluten-Free Sparkling Crangerine Mocktail does exactly that. A vibrant blend of tart cranberry and sweet, sunny tangerine, this festive drink is the perfect way to add a burst of color and flavour to any celebration. Whether you’re toasting the holidays, hosting a winter brunch, or simply craving a cheerful alcohol-free option, this mocktail delivers all the fizz and flair you need without compromising your gluten-free lifestyle. Raise your glass, because this dazzling Crangerine creation is ready to make every moment feel a little more special!


Serves: 1 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 can Belicious Honey‑Infused Cranberry Cosmo

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice

  • Top up with sparling water (optional)

  • Ice

  • Tangerine slice and fresh rosemary sprig for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the juice, then 1/2 a can of Belicious Honey‑Infused Cranberry Cosmo and top up with sparkling water, if desired. Gently stir.

  3. Garnish with an orange slice and rosemary sprig.

  4. Enjoy a bright, fruity mocktail that stays gluten‑free.



Notes & Tips

  • The Belicious drink is gluten‑free. Since it’s lightly carbonated and uses honey for sweetness, it works very well as a “ready base”. Less prep needed.

  • If you scale up for a group, you could use e.g. 2 cans Belicious + 1 cups juice, 1/2 sparkling water (or to taste) and garnish in a large punch bowl. 

  • Always check labels if you add any extra ingredients (e.g., orange juice from concentrate, mixers) to ensure they are gluten‑free.

  • Chill the base drink in advance so your mocktails stay crisp.
